Château du Moulin-à-Vent’s enthusiastic and charismatic owner Edouard Parinet was in London recently with winemaker Brice Laffond for their ‘Crazy Decade’ vertical tasting of the last ten years of Château du Moulin-à-Vent wines.

The Parinet family purchased the Château du Moulin-A-Vent domaine back in 2009. Father and son - along with winemaker-viticulturalist Brice Laffond - have been steadily implementing a series of changes in the vineyards and cellars which has led to them being widely recognised as one of the leading estates in Moulin-à-Vent.

Andy Howard MW, Sarah Marsh MW, Alice Lascelles, Victoria Moore, Nina Caplan, Jamie Goode, Natasha Hughes MW, Joanna Simon and Chris Wilson gathered at Xavier Rousset’s Cabotte for the tasting, which spanned vintages 2009 through to 19. Guests were also treated to a magnum of 76 over lunch.
